In accordance with Article 103.m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to digital software licenses once the user has received and activated the product key.

BROANTECH, S.L. offers all users a 14-day free trial period, during which it is possible to install and use the software at no cost and without essential limitations, so that the customer may fully evaluate its features before making a purchase.

Consequently, by purchasing a definitive use license, the customer expressly accepts and acknowledges that they waive their right of withdrawal, having already had the opportunity to test the product under real operating conditions.

However, refunds will be guaranteed in the following exceptional cases:

• Error in the delivery or assignment of the license.

• Technical failure preventing the use of the product not attributable to the customer.

• Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts
