At BROADCAST ANALYSIS TECHNOLOGIES, S.L., hereinafter referred to as BROANTECH, S.L., we want our customers to purchase our products with complete confidence.

1. Free Trial Period
Before purchasing, any user may download and install the software in its free trial version for 14 days, at no cost. This period allows the user to evaluate all the essential features of the product and verify its compatibility with their system.

2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 103.m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to digital software licenses once the product key has been delivered and activated.
By making a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges that, as this is a digital product, no refund is possible once the license has been activated.

3. Cases Where a Refund Is Granted
Refund requests will only be accepted in the following exceptional situations:

• Error in the assignment or delivery of the license.

• Defective or invalid activation key.

• Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts

4. Refund Request Procedure
The customer must contact our support service at contact@audiontime.com, providing the following information:

• Order number.

• Purchase details (name, registration email).

• Reason for the request.

BROANTECH, S.L. will review the case and, if the refund is approved, it will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days, using the same payment method employed in the purchase.
