How do I install the software?
Installation is straightforward: simply run the installer file and follow the on-screen instructions. A step-by-step installation guide will be available in your customer account.
Do I need to install both the plugin and the standalone version?
No. The plugin (VST3, AAX, AU) and the standalone application are separate products. You only need to install the version you have purchased a license for.
Can I reinstall the software later if needed?
Yes. You can reinstall the software using the same Export Key, as long as the computer’s components and system characteristics remain unchanged. Are software updates included with my license?
Yes. All minor updates and maintenance releases are included at no additional cost during the validity of your license.
Will I need to pay for major version upgrades?
Version upgrades (for example, moving from version 1.x to 2.x) may require the purchase of a new license. There will be special upgrade pricing for licensed users.
How will I be notified about updates?
When a new update is released, you will receive a notification by email and in your AudiOnTime customer account, along with instructions for downloading and installing the latest version.
Does OnTimePL require reactivation after an update?
No. Minor updates do not require you to reactivate your license. However, major version upgrades may require a new activation process.
Is there a trial version available?
Yes. Yes. You can request a trial version by completing the purchase process. We include a symbolic charge of 1 euro (the minimum allowed by our payment provider) to verify the authenticity of the request and prevent fraudulent use by bots.
Can I transfer my license to another person?
No. Licenses are personal and non-transferable. They are linked to the AudiOnTime account of the original purchaser.
